Responsibilities

As a Mento coach, responsibilities include providing 1:1 coaching sessions to members via the Mento Platform and Tools, participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities, communicating with members through email or chat, serving as an integral member of the coaching community by sharing insights, and acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community.
