Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker, HockeyStack, and Salesforce is required, as well as experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
The Marketing Analytics Manager will build and manage dashboards and reports in Looker, HockeyStack, and Salesforce to enable data-driven decision making, ensuring data integrity through robust data hygiene and governance practices. They will analyze campaign, channel, and funnel performance with a focus on ROI, budget efficiency, and pipeline contribution, delivering recurring reporting cadences including weekly snapshots, monthly dashboards, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) — highlighting performance, insights, and areas for improvement. This role involves supporting preparation of board-level reporting, providing clear, executive-ready insights on marketing contribution to pipeline and revenue, partnering with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Sales Ops to build full-funnel visibility, and providing strategic recommendations to improve performance, reduce CAC, and optimize budget allocation.
