Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Math, Operations Research, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field of study, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a marketing analyst, data analyst, business intelligence engineer, marketing intelligence analyst, or related experience, or alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in a related field with at least 3 years of experience. Required knowledge or experience includes scripting and data manipulation using SQL, Python, and Databricks for report automation, data extraction from SQL or NoSQL databases such as Oracle, and familiarity with BI data architecture.

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Analyst will deliver the Marketing Analytics roadmap and key initiatives to drive a data-driven culture, identify business requirements to access and validate data, visualize metrics and derive insights using Power BI, leverage analytics tools like R, SQL, and Python to analyze data and communicate findings, proactively identify trends and observations in performance results, support the usage of ‘metrics that matter’, and support the planning and execution of large-scale analytics projects. They will also provide support for reports and dashboards, and potentially travel up to 10% domestically and internationally.
