Candidates should possess at least 3 years of experience in financial operations, budgeting, or marketing support, demonstrating proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and formulas), and experience with procurement platforms such as Zip. Strong attention to detail in financial data entry and reporting is also required.
The Marketing Analyst will assist in tracking and reconciling marketing budgets, supporting monthly/quarterly budget forecasting, maintaining up-to-date budget trackers using Excel, processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely submission, approval, and payment in Zip, reconciling invoices against purchase orders and statements of work, maintaining an organized archive of invoices, assisting in managing documentation for operational processes, developing and maintaining SOPs, templates, and reference materials for operational processes, coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless process execution, coordinating with external vendor contacts, supporting the Data Analytics Lead in building reports on marketing spend and channel performance, and assisting with ad hoc data analysis requests from marketing leadership or the Data Analytics Lead.
