Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 2+ years of deep expertise in product or mobile analytics, including user behavior analysis, with a preference for 7+ years of experience. They must have expert SQL skills, including designing and developing databases, experience with A/B testing and statistical measurement, strong relational database design/development skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics. Bonus points are awarded for knowledge of additional coding languages (Python or R) and advanced experience in data visualization, as well as a background in healthcare and experience with PHI.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Analyst will own the data architecture and data mapping required to support the growing product reporting needs, deliver key performance insights through regular and ad-hoc analysis to drive further investment and evolution of Omada programs, develop and support well-designed Amplitude and Tableau dashboards (or similar BI tools), work closely with various data teams to improve data quality and standardize reporting, define operational processes and support system enhancements that drive analytics and reporting support at scale, and collaborate across multiple teams including analytics, data science, data engineering and architecture, clinical, and product. They will also explore and integrate applications of AI into product analytics use cases.
