The product analytics team at Omada Health supports product development teams by providing reports and data insights to improve member health. This role involves partnering with product and engineering teams, utilizing data from app engagement, clinical outcomes, behavioral health indicators, and claims, to address significant challenges across Omada's customer base and member population.

Responsibilities

  • Own the data architecture and data mapping for product reporting needs.
  • Deliver key performance insights through regular and ad-hoc analysis to guide program investment and evolution.
  • Develop and support dashboards using Amplitude and Tableau (or similar BI tools).
  • Collaborate with various data teams to enhance data quality and standardize reporting.
  • Define operational processes and support system enhancements for scalable analytics and reporting.
  • Work cross-functionally with analytics, data science, data engineering, architecture, clinical, and product teams.
  • Explore and integrate AI applications into product analytics use cases.

Requirements

  • Experience:
    • At least 2+ years of deep expertise in product or mobile analytics, including user behavior analysis.
    • Ideally, 7+ years of experience.
    • Strong experience in designing and developing with SQL.
    • Experience with A/B testing and statistical measurement.
    • Track record of working on multiple projects under aggressive deadlines.
  • Skills:
    • Expert SQL skills.
    • Ability to analyze various data sets and develop succinct key metrics.
    • Strong relational database design/development skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    • Proficient in Data Analysis and Visualization, Amplitude, Tableau, SQL, ETL, Databases, Data modeling, and Excel.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics.
