A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
As a Market Development Representative, the role involves prospecting into target accounts via cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach, qualifying leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority, booking meetings for Account Executives, maintaining accurate activity and lead data in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), continuously testing and refining messaging to improve conversion rates, and meeting or exceeding weekly/monthly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, etc.).
