Candidates should be able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects under pressure. Knowledge or interest in sustainability and climate commitments is also required. Willingness to work from the Hayes Valley office in San Francisco a few days a week is necessary.
The Market Development Representative will generate new business opportunities to help customers achieve their sustainability goals. They will collaborate with Sales Leads and Account Executives to identify and target relevant prospects. The role includes building a prospecting strategy, conducting market research, and being the first point of contact for customers. They will launch high-impact campaigns, qualify leads, support events and conferences, and ensure a positive, customer-focused experience during all interactions.
