Bachelor's degree in a science related field (Biology, Genetics, Chemistry or related life science field preferred); Alternatively, an Associate's degree with 1 years of IDT experience
Micropipetting skills including ability to pipette reagents or solutions of different viscosities such as buffers, enzymes, DNA, and RNA
Ability to adhere to defined protocols and procedures

Responsibilities

Use clearly defined standard operating procedures to manufacture next-generation sequencing library preparation reagents and products
Perform routine maintenance on equipment and participate in laboratory cleanliness and organization
Identify the need for documentation/process changes, process deviations, product non-conformances and other occurrences that can indicate the ineffectiveness of the quality and/or manufacturing systems
