Candidates should be engineering students, possess the ability to handle dynamic work environments, and demonstrate a passion for inventing, developing, reapplying, and delivering processes and packing technologies.
The Manufacturing Internship/Trainee will gain hands-on experience on the production floor, making decisions and taking responsibility for their outcomes, discovering world-renowned technologies and P&G standards, and building capabilities through job experience, mentoring, and training. Specifically, they will contribute to studies of performance loss in packing and making operations, identifying key projects, establishing methods for solving technical problems, systematizing maintenance, implementing production management tools, and working on the installation and startup of new equipment. They will also participate in creating learning programs for operators and team leaders, ensuring smooth communication between departments, simplifying processes, and standardizing work, all within a supportive and team-oriented environment.
