University degree (Bachelors, Masters, MBA) or in final year of study in an engineering/technical undergraduate degree (degrees from any discipline considered)
Prior work experience in a manufacturing site (preferred)

On-site position based in Belleville, Ontario
Responsibilities
Analyzing and optimizing production processes, including centerline management and operational stability improvements
Daily coordination and support for large teams to realize manufacturing targets
Implementation of new equipment upgrades and product innovation as a startup leader
Technical manager of various manufacturing equipment, processes, and projects
Quality leader for the department, driving quality event investigations, managing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and ensuring sustainable solutions
Leading loss elimination initiatives focused on reducing scrap, line losses, and performance reliability (PR) losses to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Covering reliability, quality, safety of equipment & processes, and motivation of plant personnel
