Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and optimizing production processes, including centerline management and operational stability improvements
  • Daily coordination and support for large teams to realize manufacturing targets
  • Implementation of new equipment upgrades and product innovation as a startup leader
  • Technical manager of various manufacturing equipment, processes, and projects
  • Quality leader for the department, driving quality event investigations, managing CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and ensuring sustainable solutions
  • Leading loss elimination initiatives focused on reducing scrap, line losses, and performance reliability (PR) losses to maximize efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Covering reliability, quality, safety of equipment & processes, and motivation of plant personnel
