Included Health is seeking a Technical Recruiting Manager to lead a high-performing team of Senior Recruiters supporting our Engineering, Product, Design, and Data (EPDD) functions. This role is crucial for scaling our technical recruiting capabilities, driving operational excellence, and ensuring consistent, high-quality hiring outcomes. As the Technical Recruiting Manager, you will lead by example, coaching and developing your team, optimizing recruiting processes, and building trusted relationships with senior technical leadership.
