Candidates should have 8+ years of recruiting experience across multiple disciplines and at least 4 years of leadership experience within a Talent Acquisition function. Prior experience developing and leading strategic staffing initiatives is required, along with high-tech or startup experience and strong proficiency with data and KPIs. A creative mindset is also essential.
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead and manage a team of Sourcers and Recruiters, and design and execute strategic staffing initiatives in partnership with Revenue leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure KPIs are met. They will also serve as a full lifecycle recruiter for critical openings, identify and implement creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top talent, and ensure talent acquisition processes are consistently implemented across the organization. Developing and executing sourcing strategies to maintain a continuous pipeline of top talent is also a key responsibility.
