Candidates should have 8+ years of recruiting experience across multiple disciplines and at least 4 years of experience leading people within a Talent Acquisition function. Prior experience developing and leading strategic staffing initiatives, high tech and/or startup experience, and strong experience with data and KPIs are required.
The Manager, Talent Acquisition will lead and manage a team of Sourcers and Recruiters, design and execute strategic staffing initiatives in partnership with Revenue leadership and HR Business Partners to ensure KPIs are met, and serve as a full lifecycle Recruiter on critical openings. They will also identify and implement creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top talent, ensure talent acquisition processes and procedures are implemented consistently, and develop and execute sourcing strategies for a continuous pipeline of top talent.
