As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for owning and operating various workflows that support Headway’s primary clients, disambiguating complex problems, designing and implementing creative solutions, and maintaining the systems that support Headway’s day-to-day operations. You will collaborate with engineering, product, and data teams to build scalable systems, working cross-functionally with payer, cx, and growth teams to ensure Headway’s success and the ability to offer care to those who need it.
