Candidates should possess experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, along with strong pre-sales experience as an individual contributor and leader, preferably at ServiceNow. They should also have thought leadership in methods and techniques for storytelling with software, the ability to coach and develop early-in-career and senior individual contributors, and a strong understanding of ServiceNow sales and engagement process and business value.
The Solution Consulting leader will set the agenda for demonstration capability and execution by inspiring and managing a team of early-in-career Presales Solution Consultants, creating a repeatable process to drive results and outcomes, bringing early in career SCs providing an environment where they hone demonstration proficiency and knowledge across ServiceNow’s products groups, defining and refining future Demo Hub program capability, determining and sponsoring Demonstration Creation, Use and future capability and development, extending DemoCenter concept to have inclusive value to field including DemoHub capability, partnering with Marketing, SC Field and the Workflow SC leadership to create pipeline generation capability, and creating and managing a video asset library of functional demonstrations to be used to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for pipeline generation and renewal enhancement.
