Adobe is seeking a Transformational Solution Consultant, a client-facing role requiring technical expertise and a deep understanding of digital experience strategy, sales, and demo methodologies. This position is crucial for contributing to consulting strategy and positioning the value of Adobe's product portfolios to strategic prospective customers. The role involves leading customer discoveries, portfolio demonstrations, and internal consulting to ensure a consistent message on Adobe's value proposition when multiple products are being considered.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical roles within Digital Experience technology (e.g., Analytics, Testing, Content Management, Marketing Automation, CDP, Commerce).
  • Exceptional presentation and conversational skills, with experience acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Expertise in building and communicating business use cases and value propositions.
  • Knowledge of leading experience management platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Optimizely, Oracle).
  • Experience consulting, architecting, or implementing Adobe solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly become proficient in new technologies and tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultative engagements with prospective customers to understand their technical and business challenges and drive significant business transformation.
  • Drive program management across internal solution consulting teams during complex sales cycles to ensure a consistent presentation of the unified value of multiple solutions.
  • Deliver cross-portfolio demonstrations and technical validation readouts to diverse audiences, including C-level executives, marketing and sales professionals, and engineers.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital transformation and AI, and understand Adobe's role relative to competitors.
  • Partner with and advise internal teams, including sales and solution consulting leadership, on the optimal solution set for prospective clients.
