Candidates should possess experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, with a strong pre-sales background as an individual contributor and leader, preferably at ServiceNow, and thought leadership in storytelling with software. They should be able to coach and develop early-in-career and senior individual contributors, lead people, process, and systems development, and build strong relationships and trust. A solid understanding of ServiceNow sales and engagement process and business value is also required, along with the ability to clearly articulate the power and value of the ServiceNow platform.
The Solution Consulting leader will set the agenda for demonstration capability and execution, inspiring and managing a team of early-in-career Presales Solution Consultants, and creating a repeatable process to drive results and outcomes. This includes honing demonstration proficiency and knowledge across ServiceNow’s products groups, defining and refining the Demo Hub program capability, determining and sponsoring demonstration creation and development, extending the DemoCenter concept, partnering with Marketing, SC Field, and the Workflow SC leadership to create pipeline generation capability, and creating and managing a video asset library of functional demonstrations. The role also involves developing Americas functionality and extending capability globally to EMEA and APJ.
