Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the cybersecurity industry. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing sales engineering teams is essential, as is a strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and sales processes.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, Sales Engineering, you will be responsible for building, developing, and retaining a strong team of Pre Sales Engineers, recruiting new team members to support company growth, and mentoring team members to enhance their skills through training programs. You will collaborate closely with Regional Directors of Sales, Marketing, Channel, and other leaders to plan and execute a shared vision, fostering open and transparent relationships. Additionally, you will work with Post Sales, Reseller Partners, SIs, MSSPs, Store Partners, and Technical Partners to ensure a seamless handover of accounts and ongoing management, and provide valuable input to Product Management on future product developments based on field feedback.
