Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a field engineering role, preferably within cybersecurity or government contracting. Strong technical skills, particularly in cybersecurity concepts and integration methodologies, are essential, as is the ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical solutions. Experience with scripting languages such as Python is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Field Engineer will collaborate with sales teams to demonstrate and deliver on solution value propositions, identify customer requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs. They will deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops, acting as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle to build trust and credibility. Additionally, the Field Engineer will analyze customer requirements to architect solutions, design and troubleshoot integrations using APIs and scripting tools, and assist customers in implementing proof-of-value (POV) solutions, while also partnering with product management and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence product development.
