A strong focus on attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining talent in early sales careers is essential, along with being data-driven and highly analytical.
The Sales Development Manager will scale and manage a high-performing team of 8+ SDRs, driving execution of Snowflake’s new business pipeline goals. They will shape partnerships with various teams to collaborate on marketing campaigns and field events, optimize business efficiency, and ensure team understanding of Snowflake's domain knowledge. Additionally, they will attract, hire, develop, and coach SDR talent to become high-performing Corporate Account Executives.
