The Manager, Sales Development will manage and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives, providing them with the necessary tools and support to achieve business results. They will evolve Vanta's prospecting playbook by developing new initiatives and strategies to increase deal sizes and drive revenue. The manager will be involved in recruitment, onboarding, and training of new representatives. They will create strategic prospecting training, conduct weekly forecasting meetings, and mentor direct reports on pipeline creation strategies. Additionally, they will foster an inclusive sales organization and collaborate cross-functionally to improve outcomes for prospects.
