Requirements

Candidates should have a deep and comprehensive understanding of the company's business model, products, services, and core business processes, with a mastery of the quote-to-cash workflow. Strong knowledge of ASC 606 standards and U.S. GAAP is essential, along with experience in revenue recognition and financial reporting. The ability to partner cross-functionally with Sales, Deal Desk, Operations, Revenue/Finance Systems, and FP&A is required. Familiarity with AI-driven solutions to enhance capacity and productivity is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Revenue Accounting will review and analyze complex customer contracts to evaluate and document revenue accounting treatment based on the five-step model, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP (ASC 606) and company policies. They will partner with Sales and Deal Desk to provide guidance on ASC 606, coordinate with Operations and Professional Services for timely revenue recognition, and drive the completion of month-end and quarter-end financial closes. Responsibilities also include supporting FP&A in revenue performance analysis, assisting with ASC 606 financial statement disclosures and auditor inquiries, and evaluating, automating, and streamlining manual revenue processes to enhance efficiency and standardization.
