The ideal candidate should possess 6+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or management role, and demonstrated success leading recruiting teams in high-growth or high-volume environments with multi-layered stakeholder structures. Strong knowledge of sales recruiting, particularly in SMB or Commercial segments, is required, along with comfort using data and metrics to drive decisions and team performance, and experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools.
As a Recruiting Manager, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Recruiters to meet monthly and quarterly hiring targets, partnering closely with GTM leadership to align hiring strategy with business goals. You will drive pipeline development and sourcing strategies for high-volume hiring, monitor recruiter performance metrics, ensuring accountability and consistent delivery, and collaborate with operations and enablement teams to improve process efficiency and reporting. Additionally, you will own and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, champion DEI initiatives and build inclusive hiring practices, and forecast hiring needs while proactively addressing bandwidth or capacity challenges, all while promoting a culture of collaboration, performance, and continuous learning within your team.
