Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 14+ years of experience in UX Design or Interaction Design, with at least 3 years in people management or leading design teams. A portfolio showcasing work samples and expertise in enterprise product spaces such as IT Security Management, IT Operations Management, or HR Service Delivery is required. Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Invision, or Photoshop, and rapid prototyping tools such as Axure or Keynote is essential. Strong skills in Information Architecture, excellent written and verbal English communication, and teamwork abilities are also necessary. Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Product Design will directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of 3-5 designers, driving the UX vision and execution for workplace productivity and analytics solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating cross-functionally with product management, user research, engineering, and content teams throughout the product lifecycle. The role involves distilling complex problems into clear goals and requirements, contributing to and encouraging the application of Design Systems, and evangelizing design strategy across global teams. Additionally, the manager will assist in user needs assessment, conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing, and oversee the development of UI layouts, mockups, prototypes, and user experience specifications for both mobile and desktop platforms.
