The Manager, People Operations will design and implement scalable people processes and programs across the employee lifecycle, manage and administer HRIS, ensure data integrity, lead automation initiatives, and own people analytics and reporting. They will also ensure compliance with employment laws, oversee benefits and leave management, manage vendor relationships, design onboarding programs, coordinate engagement initiatives, support performance management, partner with leadership on culture-building, and lead workforce planning and organizational design.
