Professional fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, with Mandarin being an advantage. Candidates should be detail-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively, and flexible to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a sales or marketing analytics role, is also required.
The Manager, Partnership will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the core business, including operations and system technicalities. They will gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Regular updates and maintenance of databases will be required to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. The role involves strategic planning to improve client results through data reporting and supporting Key Account Managers in generating reports and monitoring parcel aging reports. Collaboration with team members and other departments to gather requirements, share insights, and contribute to projects is essential. Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines, as well as analyzing and interpreting data to support strategic decision-making for key accounts, will also be key responsibilities.
