Requirements

Candidates should possess a University degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Management, or a related field, along with strong experience in operations, consulting, or financial planning & analysis in a healthcare environment. They should have experience in Project Management, Operational Management, and Data Analytics, and demonstrate excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required, and knowledge of other languages is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The Manager Operational Enablement will support the implementation of CDI initiatives by piloting, executing, rolling out, and coordinating efforts, including the development and application of governance tools, performance frameworks, and operational standards. They will coordinate and contribute to cross-country projects focused on operational transformation, integration, and efficiency improvement, collaborate with local stakeholders to drive adoption of tools and processes, and provide operational input into budget planning, resource prioritization, and capacity utilization strategies. The role also involves monitoring and reporting on initiative progress, identifying risks and opportunities, delivering coaching and expertise to country operations teams, and building strong working relationships with key stakeholders across countries and functions to foster trust and long-term collaboration. Willingness to travel across EMEA (~30%) is expected.
