Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in management consulting or a strategy-related role within healthcare services, with a solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and familiarity with healthcare services and digital health business models; knowledge of kidney care is a plus, and an advanced degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, Corporate Strategy, you will be responsible for strategic initiatives across Interwell Health, including evolving the corporate strategy, ensuring the success of corporate initiatives, and partnering with functional leaders to solve strategic and operational challenges; you will tackle complex business questions using market intelligence, data, and industry knowledge, identify and resolve performance issues, operationalize cross-functional strategy decisions, develop a deep understanding of Interwell Health’s business and the value-based Kidney Care industry, communicate effectively with partners at all levels, and cultivate relationships with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, while also being able to travel up to 10% for internal meetings and partner interactions.
