Candidates should possess at least 4 years of experience in recruiting, growth marketing, sales, or customer acquisition roles, along with 2+ years of experience managing teams and a proven track record of coaching to high performance. They should have experience working with a CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) to manage and report on lead flow, and a resourceful, test-and-learn mindset, demonstrating the ability to move quickly, ask good questions, and try new things.
The Manager of Sales Development Representatives will manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters, execute and iterate on multi-channel recruitment and engagement campaigns, develop systems for daily operations and team execution, and work cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Support to improve user flows and accelerate lead engagement. They will also analyze and improve the lead funnel, identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies, lead experiments to improve lead quantity and quality, and collaborate on forecasting, dashboards, and reporting to track progress and inform strategy.
Connects parents with childcare providers
Wonderschool connects parents with quality preschools, daycares, and in-home childcare programs. The platform works by recruiting and training childcare providers through a 12-week program, even if they lack prior licensing.
