This role focuses on supporting childcare providers through technology, enabling them to create high-quality environments and meet business demands. The company aims to help parents find childcare solutions via an accessible marketplace.
The successful candidate will manage a team of 6–8 full-time employees and part-time contractors responsible for sourcing and qualifying new childcare providers. This critical role drives the growth of qualified providers starting new programs. The position involves close collaboration with the Senior Manager of New Supply to execute strategy, advise on experiments, and track performance from lead generation to first revenue.
Connects parents with childcare providers
Wonderschool connects parents with quality preschools, daycares, and in-home childcare programs. The platform works by recruiting and training childcare providers through a 12-week program, even if they lack prior licensing. This training helps providers gain the skills needed to run successful childcare programs and assists them in obtaining the necessary licenses and meeting health and safety standards. Unlike many competitors, Wonderschool offers a subscription-based service that provides childcare providers with tools like automated billing, parent communication portals, and ongoing professional development. The goal of Wonderschool is to simplify the childcare process for both parents and providers, ensuring high-quality care while reducing administrative burdens for providers.
