Wonderschool is seeking a mission-driven, goal-oriented leader to manage their provider recruiting team. This role focuses on supporting childcare providers through technology, enabling them to create high-quality environments and meet business demands. The company aims to help parents find childcare solutions via an accessible marketplace.

The successful candidate will manage a team of 6–8 full-time employees and part-time contractors responsible for sourcing and qualifying new childcare providers. This critical role drives the growth of qualified providers starting new programs. The position involves close collaboration with the Senior Manager of New Supply to execute strategy, advise on experiments, and track performance from lead generation to first revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters.
  • Execute and iterate on multi-channel recruitment and engagement campaigns.
  • Develop systems for daily operations and team execution, ensuring alignment with KPIs.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Support to improve user flows and accelerate lead engagement.
  • Analyze and improve the lead funnel, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
  • Help shape digital outreach efforts (e.g., CRM campaigns, website optimizations, referrals) to drive provider action.
  • Lead experiments to improve lead quantity and quality.
  • Collaborate on forecasting, dashboards, and reporting to track progress and inform strategy.

  • A motivated, supported team consistently hitting and exceeding goals.
  • Increased volume and quality of provider leads entering and progressing through the funnel.
  • Shortened time to provider launch and first revenue.
  • Measurable improvement in funnel efficiency, with insights shared across teams.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in recruiting, growth marketing, sales, or customer acquisition roles.
  • 2+ years of experience managing teams, with a strong track record of coaching to high performance.
  • Experience working with a CRM (HubSpot or equivalent) to manage and report on lead flow.
  • A resourceful, test-and-learn mindset—you move quickly, ask good questions, and try new things.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Bonus: Fluency in Spanish.
