As a Manager, Member Growth, you will play a key role in scaling member awareness communications that drive engagement and enrollment across a growing portfolio of ASO accounts. You’ll secure communication access, refine best-performing playbooks, and implement automated, repeatable strategies to maximize impact with minimal customization—helping more people discover Virta’s life-changing care. This role requires a strategic mindset and a focus on efficiency, ensuring ASO accounts launch successfully and remain engaged through consistent outreach. You’ll collaborate with Customer Success, Implementation, Sales, and Growth teams to streamline execution and expand proven strategies that connect more members to Virta’s mission of reversing type 2 diabetes and obesity at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Drive scalable, automated member growth strategies within ASO, partnering with the Sr. Manager, Member Growth (ASO) to refine and implement strategies that increase awareness and enrollment.
  • Represent Virta with ASO clients, building relationships and securing commitment to sustained access for long-term growth.
  • Advocate for increased communication access, selling data-backed strategies to expand member touchpoints and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate across teams to scale member growth in a rapidly growing ASO space, ensuring seamless execution with minimal customization.
  • Prepare co-branded materials and ensure member communications are effectively implemented.
