As a Manager, Member Growth, you will drive scalable, automated member growth strategies within ASO accounts, partnering with the Sr. Manager to refine and implement those strategies. You will represent Virta with ASO clients, building relationships and securing commitment to sustained access, advocate for increased communication access, and collaborate across teams to scale member growth. Additionally, you will prepare co-branded materials and ensure member communications are effectively implemented, and develop a 90-day plan to understand Virta’s strategies and contribute to the team’s goals.
