Candidates should possess a BA, BBA, or BS degree in Business, Computer Science, MIS, Economics, Accounting, or Finance. A minimum of 7-8 years of experience is required in consulting, law department or law firm operations, outside counsel management, benchmarking, data analysis, or legal resource optimization. Prior management experience in a team-oriented setting is preferred, along with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop staff. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential. Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are also necessary. The role requires the ability to manage multiple clients and projects, delegate tasks, and build collaborative relationships. Intellectual curiosity and openness to feedback are important. Domestic travel up to 25% is required.
The Manager will support practice leadership in business development activities and collaborate with clients to structure project plans.
