Requirements

  • Min 7+ years relevant experience in commercial roles
  • Available for international trips
  • Proven experience in leading brand strategy and execution with Key Retailers in the Nordics region
  • A natural storyteller with enhanced persuasive selling skills & an adept negotiator with proven examples of success
  • Strong analytical acumen and business development skills
  • Experience across channels with established network of contacts in the Nordics Region
  • Strong understanding of the wider Europe market is advantageous
  • Experience of utilizing commercial levers of luxury beauty to drive business performance

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Sell-in and Sell-out targets for the assigned retailers, thinking volume first while protecting brand equity
  • Build 3 year Brand commercial and budget plans & develop GTM strategy to achieve brand objectives
  • Lead plan to achieve brand sales and profitability goals while monitoring stock levels with retailers & SISO reporting
  • Create & agree triple-win JBP with key retailers with clear KPIs and regularly monitor performance and course correct where necessary
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with strategic key accounts
  • Ensure flawless execution of brand vision in Retailers across all touchpoints
  • Build strong partnerships with International Team counterparts [EMEA,UK] to exchange ideas, best practice and collaborate on common projects
  • Develop & negotiate 360 COOP Marketing plans to launch Innovation/brand campaigns across all elements of the mix (B&M, Online visibility, Social visibility)
  • Lead regular business reviews with clients to assess satisfaction, identify opportunities for improvement, and explore potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Track key sales performance metrics, including sales revenue, MOB, and productivity
  • Analyse Sales performance to define growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills and data visualization techniques to create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards
  • Drive retailer performance, grow market share across channels & develop enriched retailer relationships at senior levels
  • Create and deliver 3 year business plans, lead & execute brand strategy with retail partners & manage sales targets within agreed budgets
  • Negotiate across all levers to optimise brand performance and rankings on key metrics
  • Lead within the team and coach and manage direct reports
