Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years’ experience in program management, business strategy or related area
  • 3 years’ experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office
  • MBA degree and management experience (preferred)
  • Enjoys working cross-functionally to solve problems and operationalize complex programs and strategies

Responsibilities

  • Drive GTM analytics – Run hypothesis-driven analyses of GTM data, including adoption funnel, marketing effectiveness, seller feedback, and impact metrics to drive recommendations for effective product adoption strategies; create dashboards and foundations to continuously test and learn from adoption-driving tactics
  • Run Strategic Projects – Independently own and run critical strategic projects to enhance Go-To-Market strategies and processes; enable executive and cross-functional teams to make strategic decisions by delivering effective data-driven narratives and solutions balancing speed and scale
  • Deliver executive visibility – Drive executive and org-wide visibility into core adoption metrics, adoption project updates, and strategic adoption frameworks through business reviews, newsletters, trainings, and roadshows
  • Drive organizational change – Be seller-obsessed, set the example for the team, drive marketplace education that fosters ownership across Walmart, and ensure Marketplace delivers on longer-term goals
