Experience working with designers on creative briefs and feedback
Familiarity with tools like Webflow, Unbounce, HubSpot
Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies
Experience in regulated industries (especially healthcare)

Responsibilities

Plan and execute growth marketing strategies across digital channels
Define and monitor conversion funnels, user journeys, and KPIs to measure performance
Collaborate with designers to brief and review high-converting ad creatives, landing pages, and email templates
Lead A/B testing and experimentation strategies to optimize conversion rates
Develop creative and campaign hypotheses and execute data-driven iterations
Identify and prioritize growth opportunities based on analytics and market trends
Work with the creative team to ensure campaign assets are aligned with the brand and optimized for conversion
Work closely with stakeholders to align marketing with business objectives
Coordinate with external CRO experts or partners as needed
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar
Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) for applicable campaigns
Use AI-powered ad optimization tools, where applicable, to refine targeting, bidding strategies, and content
Automate repetitive tasks—such as report generation and initial creative variations—through AI workflows
