Requirements

Candidates must have 6+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in an engineering management role. A strong background in Python or similar scripting languages is required, along with proven experience leading engineering teams, managing projects, and driving technical roadmaps. Candidates should also possess deep understanding of agile development methodologies, strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, and a balance of technical depth and strategic thinking focused on business impact. Responsibilities

They will drive technical excellence by fostering best practices in software development and architecture, and collaborate with Product, Design, and other engineering teams to define and execute a roadmap aligned with company objectives. This role involves managing sprint planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards, while encouraging a data-driven approach to decision-making. The manager will advocate for scalability, reliability, and maintainability, ensure a culture of continuous improvement, promote cross-team collaboration, and partner with recruiting to attract and onboard engineering talent.
