Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in general consumer goods marketing and e-commerce marketing
  • Experience in planning, executing, and directing digital promotions
  • Experience in planning and directing digital content assets (banners, website pages, campaign pages)
  • Experience in managing and directing social media operations
  • Experience in developing and executing marketing automation strategies based on customer analysis and analyzing results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience in retail marketing and promotional campaigns (preferred)
  • Market/customer research planning and analysis skills (preferred)
  • Business-level English communication skills (email, phone, conversation) (preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for brand/product marketing activities, focusing on online stores and digital channels
  • Execute marketing campaigns, including online store promotions, digital advertising, and social media initiatives
  • Direct outputs for the Disney business segment (movies, games, TV shows) and plan/execute cross-functional marketing campaigns for both stores
  • Plan and execute market/customer research and share findings with relevant departments
  • Manage marketing campaign schedules and budgets, and develop promotional tools
  • Analyze customer data to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns
  • Strategic planning and execution of brand/product marketing activities, focusing on online store promotions, digital advertising, social media, and marketing automation
