The Manager, Customer Onboarding will lead a team responsible for onboarding Fleetio customers, establishing strong rapport with stakeholders, and providing solutions to complex problems. This role involves managing multiple concurrent onboardings, organizing customer-facing rollout plans, consultation procedures, and training outlines. Key responsibilities include defining and tracking onboarding metrics, advocating for department and customer needs, and reporting on team performance to senior leadership.
