The Finance Manager will own the financial partnership with executive leadership across Hardware and Software Engineering, Science, Product, and Design functions, leading forecasting, budget planning, and evolving budget vs. actuals reporting. They will partner with the GTM FP&A team to develop and implement a standardized investment evaluation framework, ensuring expenses align with strategic initiatives and providing reporting for accountability. The role involves consolidating financial inputs, integrating headcount, OpEx, and CapEx forecasts into comprehensive models, and leading headcount forecasting for the R&D Product organization. Responsibilities include partnering with Product leadership to create multi-year plans for hiring and investment needs, overseeing month-end close and reporting processes with accounting, and producing high-impact monthly and quarterly deliverables like Monthly Flash, Board materials, and Quarterly Business Reviews. Additionally, the manager will identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial reporting processes, establish best practices for reporting and data utilization, and prepare ad hoc analysis and modeling.
