Experience with complex scenario modeling, cash flow forecasting, and understanding intricate financial issues with in-depth analysis is essential. Proficiency in financial systems, processes, and tools, with a commitment to continuous improvement, is necessary. The ability to communicate analytical findings to diverse audiences, present complex financial information digestibly with actionable insights, and collaborate effectively with employees at all organizational levels is required. Experience with Anaplan is also a prerequisite.
The Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Business Partner will lead the financial close and forecast consolidation process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of financial statements including the income statement, balance sheet, and statement of cash flow. This role involves overseeing and reporting on employee benefits and cash flow forecasts, and developing clear financial stories and presentations for internal management to support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities also include preparing materials for external reporting, partnering with cross-functional teams to gather data and improve reporting processes, identifying opportunities for process automation using AI and other tools, and contributing to general ledger setup for optimized reporting capabilities.
