The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic, motivated, dynamic, and firmly believe in the company's mission of transitioning to renewable energy. They should possess experience in sales, particularly in B2C environments, and be comfortable with both stand (pop-up store) and door-to-door sales techniques. A strong understanding of sales processes and reporting is also expected.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for piloting sales of energy contracts through both stand and door-to-door efforts, identifying high-potential prospecting zones, organizing travel, managing and animating stands with promotional materials, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will also be tasked with reporting on sales activities, identifying areas for improvement in sales processes and tools, and participating in sales forecasting.
