Responsibilities
The Senior Manager for Business Services will collaborate with senior and executive leadership to set organizational vision and strategy, translate strategy into actionable goals, and execute relevant projects aligned with the organization’s goals. They will develop relationships with Client Services department leaders to understand their needs, assess and improve policies and processes, report regularly on performance, serve as a leader and role model, oversee risk management, strategize opportunities for department synergies, and support ad-hoc projects related to resource management and data analysis.
