As the Director of Business Development and Sales, the individual will be responsible for leading all business development and sales efforts for Resource Innovations' DSM capabilities in the Southeastern USA, focusing on electric and gas utilities. This includes securing new revenue, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and driving proposal development. The role also involves collaborating with delivery teams, providing excellent customer service, identifying client needs, and supporting the growth of the company through product development and strategic guidance.
