Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in training, education, healthcare operations, or a related field. They should have at least 1+ years of experience in training program management, learning & development, or clinical education, with 7+ years for a Senior Manager role. Prior leadership experience managing trainers, instructional designers, or competency programs, ideally across both onshore and offshore teams, is desired. Familiarity with regulated healthcare settings and understanding of compliance, quality, and operational performance is also required. A formal clinical background, such as an RN, Paramedic, or CCT, is highly preferred, but Allied Health backgrounds are acceptable.
The Training Manager for Clinical Operations will lead a team of onshore and offshore trainers responsible for supporting new hire training and ongoing competency development of Qualified Cardiac Technicians (QCTs). This role involves collaborating with leadership to identify training gaps, developing targeted solutions to improve production quality and efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The manager will monitor training effectiveness, utilizing data-driven approaches to adjust methodologies and maximize learning impact. They will also oversee new hire training, drive ongoing competency progression, and provide refresher training and skills enhancement. Furthermore, the Training Manager will be a change champion, continuously refining training methods, curriculum, and instructional design to improve engagement and effectiveness, and will actively lead and develop their team, ensuring alignment with business growth and quality objectives.
