The Manager, Client Experience will lead day-to-day sales activities, coach sales representatives through real-time feedback and call analysis, and utilize sales data to inform strategy and optimize training. Responsibilities include developing comprehensive sales training materials, delivering engaging presentations for onboarding and ongoing development, and contributing to overall sales strategy aligned with company objectives. The role also involves fostering a team culture of excellence, driving performance through data analysis, and participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales representatives.
