Responsibilities

  • Develop, automate, and maintain critical operational reports and dashboards (e.g., WBR, MBR) using tools like Looker; provide data-driven insights to leadership on performance and trends
  • Define and track KPIs, analyze performance data, create automated scorecards for agents/teams, set targets, and identify improvement opportunities
  • Serve as SME on data/analytics for strategic projects (esp. AI/automation); oversee adoption/implementation and develop impact reporting
  • Perform proactive deep-dive ad-hoc analysis to investigate issues, root causes, and opportunities for customer experience/team productivity
  • Provide project management support for initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives; act as liaison to cross-functional teams
  • Identify/analyze workflows in Care Support using data to pinpoint bottlenecks/inefficiencies; develop/champion data-driven process solutions
