Requirements

Responsibilities

The Manager, Business Development will hire, train, manage, and coach a team of outbound BDRs, focusing on generating leads and new opportunities for Alloy Automation’s embedded iPaaS product. They will work closely with the CRO to optimize onboarding, identify high-potential businesses, develop and execute outbound strategies, liaise with marketing, improve opportunity management, and drive performance through operational rigor and data-driven insights. The role also includes recruiting, mentoring, and enabling the team to achieve monthly goals and deliver meaningful results.
