Requirements

Degree holder with minimum 5 years of working experience in property sales and leasing, especially in the industrial sector
Must hold a valid CEA License
Be highly motivated with an appetite to not only reach the business development objectives but to exceed them
Proven track record of successful transactions in the industrial and logistics sector
Strong network of industry contacts and market intelligence with a good understanding of real estate markets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities

Represent clients in the leasing and/or sale of industrial and logistics properties across Singapore
Responsible for increasing revenue through prospecting industrial occupiers and sourcing new business leads
Proactively identify business development activities of existing and new clients through direct contact and external industry platform
Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and developers
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
Prepare and present proposals, marketing materials, and financial analyses to clients
Responsible for the transaction management and coordination with internal and external parties to complete property transactions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions, zoning regulations, and property values
Provide high quality pre-sale and post-sale services to clients
Support the Department Head in any strategic business initiatives
