Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, 2+ years of marketing planning experience, with relevant experience in cross-regional chain stores
  • Strong planning and strategy comprehension, strong logical thinking, creative ("big brain"), sensitive to offline momentum, hotspots, and leveraging marketing opportunities
  • Rich user insights, ability to discover and think about problems from multiple angles, strong copywriting skills, and execution ability
  • Good cross-departmental communication skills, with foundational project management experience
  • Positive and optimistic, with strong self-motivation and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Formulate promotional activity plans based on company strategy to help improve offline regional market performance
  • Assist offline dealers in building product promotion plans for market distribution networks, as well as cooperation plans for terminal channel store setups
  • Based on market demands and platform policies, promote and implement O2O new retail market expansion and overall solution design to help improve company performance
  • Assist various MUs in conducting internal and external product and sales skills training for the company
