The Manager, Account Executive, Deel HR, AMS will lead a team of Deel HR sellers covering North and Latin America, attract and hire talent, drive a high-performance culture, coach and develop sellers, build relationships with the Sales organization, develop processes that scale, monitor the sales pipeline, and drive revenue success by exceeding sales targets. They will also demonstrate an understanding of the business by sharing insights and recommendations.
