This role is for a Manager, Account Executive, Deel HR, AMS. The successful candidate will lead all HR Account Executives across North and Latin America, reporting to the Director of Sales, Deel HR. The Account Executives are responsible for driving sales growth by developing and nurturing client relationships, managing the customer buying journey, and providing expert guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Deel HR sellers covering North and Latin America across SMB, MM, and ENT segments.
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent with a focus on learning and growth.
  • Foster a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Coach, manage, and develop sellers, emphasizing continuous learning and skill improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with the Sales organization in North and Latin America to enable intra-functional collaboration.
  • Drive alignment with cross-functional teams in Product, Customer Success, Support, and Revenue Operations.
  • Develop scalable processes to ensure consistent team execution.
  • Actively monitor sales pipeline, activity, and forecasts to adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Drive revenue success by owning and exceeding Deel’s quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Share insights, analyze KPI changes, identify root causes, and recommend strategies for improvement.
