Requirements

Candidates should possess a minimum of 4 years of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, along with at least 7 years of QSR/restaurant operations experience, and demonstrated experience in new store openings and licensee/partner consulting in a multinational environment. Fluency in Spanish, French, and English is required, including the ability to read, write, and speak these languages effectively, particularly within the assigned region. Strong mediation and negotiation skills, excellent communication skills, and a customer focus are also essential.

Responsibilities

The International Business Manager will guide the implementation and execution of business plan objectives by providing operational/brand support and consultation to licensees, with the goal of maximizing brand equity and configurations in their respective markets. They will establish and maintain effective business relationships with partners/licensees, providing information, support, and guidance regarding all aspects of the business, and overseeing financial management, planning, systems, and controls. The role involves coaching and holding partners/licensees accountable to brand standards, driving sales and profitability, enhancing guest satisfaction, and creating growth opportunities through effective business planning, restaurant excellence, and building relationships. Additionally, the manager will focus on the successful opening of new markets and restaurants, onboarding of partners/licensees, and utilizing a coaching model to develop the competencies of partners/licensees in Inspire brand knowledge and operations, as well as management of the company budget and approximately 50% travel.
